wow but I can see Dex turning it on its head all he has to say is Doakes planted it and has it in for him, or else Doakes gets caught with the blood samples and they are just bringing Dex in to run checks on the blood samples, looks like from this other sneek preview that Doakes ran his own tests and it looks like he went abroad to do them and might have got caught in customs coming back.

Yep, you're right. I completely mis-interpreted that preview (the "Sorry, Deb" bit threw me ).
It does look like Doakes is laboriously being set up to be the patsy. I'd be disappointed with that but at the moment I can't see how they would otherwise resolve the plot.

Oh and it looks like Lila is really going out of her way to get an appointment with the Dark Passenger.

Its the only possible scenario I can see out of this one, can't see Dex getting sent to jail as it would kill off Showtimes highest rated shows. But will be sad to see Doakes get sent down as its quite funny seeing him be a hardass on Dex's case all the time.

So say that we're right and Dex gets away with it, whats he going to do for kills going forward? If he continues to go forward with Harry's code and kill only those who deserve, won't it set the cops back on his trail? and get Doakes out of jail? Maybe he will continue his unique craft in another state.
Also Lila I really wish he cuts her up as her droopy eyed face is beginning to get to me, but I think from the clip she might have figured it out that Dex is the bay harbour killer and by hanging out with the other cops in the station Dex won't be able to touch her.

one of the joys of being up all night is that you can get tv shows much sooner than expected.

what an episode the last 20 minutes were astonishing. I cant wait til next week to say the least. ill leave it at that for a while so i dont spoil it for anyone
