Aren't they just a company businesses use to outsource staff to?

They manage Dell and Eircom's call centers, possibly others as well. I know 2.5 years ago their starting wage in Eircom was 19800 with a permanent contract.

I think they look after NTL too.

I would be pretty certain they are silent employers. It's whichever company you'll be working at (e.g. NTL) which will impact your life.

what do you mean, well who do stream do the camera tech support for then?
thats what the ad in the papers is about, they call themselves stream,no other company is mentioned, i hate the way jobs ads don't just tell you who your working for and wht ou'll be doing. althoughthe ads been there for ages, and the last employer I had had an ad in there for just aslong and that company was embarrasingly ****...

    youll be working for stream,
they are an outsourcing call centre in santry.

not sure what the requirements are for that job, but full training is more than likely provided.
good customer focus and ability to work to metrics would be all you need.
