I got blinds fitted in my house in June and when they were fittet two of the narrow blinds each side of my hall door were curling in instead of lying flat. The guy that fitted them told me they will flatten out in a couple of days.Weeks passed by and the are worse, one is now fraying and there is another problem with one of the upstairs blinds too.
I rang and was told there would be someone out in a couple of days, nobody turned up,I rang again and again and again, still they wont come back and replace them,I took time of work as did my wife on a couple of ocaisions to be there to allow them change the blinds and the never turned up.
Then one guy turned up about 6 weeks ago with the wrong blinds and they have not been back since.Im just getting the runaround now..I have been more than reasonable and am fed up now.
What should I do next ?
Pay someone else to sort them out and give them the bill ?
Small claims court ? (dont know much about that)
    Punch his lights out ?

Do you have a solicitor that could write them a letter?

My father had a similar experience. Guys put the blinds up but they were the wrong size. Obviously the work men couldnt have been arsed going off and getting the right size.

Anyway my father demanded that they be replaced with the right size and they refused. He rang them again threatening small claims court and then they decided to come back and fix them :D

so Id suggest small claims court (After consulation with your solicitor)
