Hi, i'm considering going for this affordable housing...
If i was to get accepted, and i move in, say after a coupla years, would it be possible to build an extension on or convert the attic if i were to have children?

Yes but whether the council has a clawback on that is open to question. I suspect they wouldn't because if memory serves the clawback is after all improvements etc made to the house from time of purchase. You'd need to check that.

It depends on the type of building. If it is a house then it is possible but if its an apartment or duplex which shares a roof space with apts then probably not.
