Self esteem classes?

I was watching a documentary on TV3 a few weeks ago (taken from ITV obviously) about school bullying. One of the children who was being bullied was attending a course which gave pointers intended to boot self-esteem which is something I badly need. Do these courses exist for adults? If so, what title would I find them…
