Well I have heard of this guy for years when I was coming up through the Semi Contact ranks he was constantly in the Martial Arts Illustrated and British Combat mags, but 120 euro for a seminar?

Am I right in saying that its a two and a half hour course. there seems like a lot of stuff to be covered in that time frame. Any seminar i've been to, the guest instructor tends to focus on one particular aspect, eg, side control, and works variations, escapes, hints and tips etc, i would imagine it will be hard to take anything away from this seminar considering the amount of areas covered

    just my two cents

I read through the site there and it seems like he has some impressive records of the sort you used to see in Record Breakers with Roy Castle or that show Superstars that used to be on.

What type of seminar is it? Self-Defence, MMA or Fitness?

Paddy Doyle is an absolute legend in the world of fitness. If it's a fitness seminar, then €120 is great value for money for 3 hours of picking his brain.

Check out his Wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paddy_Doyle) for details about some of his fitness records.

The guy has some gas tank!

That he does, just don't think it would be worth it IMO, but belt away yourself if its your kind of thing!
