Tourney interrupted on Ipoker

Just busted out of an omaha tourney on ipoker and 2 minutes later
A message comes up saying it was interrupted due to technical reason....
Sounds a bit cheap but what happens now...refunds?

I just had to quit iPoker, i was multi-tabling and about half my tables froze while the others were still going, but even some of them were lagging and I timed out.

lol thought it was just me... was very unusual..
I had 6 open and 3 froze and 3 kept playing...

On one of the frozen tables I had just called a river bet with middle pair and the screen remained frozen with the pot in the middle for about 2 mins... then all of a sudden I was awarded the pot and the table played on as normal... then it got laggy and froze again this time I had TP on the flop and hadn't go to bet and I just thought DB please but then it came back and i was still able to bet and play th hand like 2 mins later...

of course it's prob my own connection problem as described in the Generic letter i recieve every time I complain :rolleyes:

yes it must be, the Playtech software is not at all flaky don't you know

Yeah i came across the same thing, i did get a pop up message saying not to ping that tournament refunds would be made in due course or something to that effect, this was on GJP

yeah its back working now, over 200 tourneys incl. sng's were interrupted earlier

thats a **** load of players to refund

Even with a refund its a joke.

Consider 100 players @ $10+1, total $1100
50 players left, network crashes
all players in tourney get a refund of entry and reg total, $550
The money belonging to the other players is not refunded as they are not aware that it is due to them and it is never requested.

Just tried to play the 2500 gtd. Registered but the MTT didnt start......
Can't get back into PPP. Playing on stars fine though.....
I can assure you it's not my internet connection.

yeah when it came back everyone was sitting out and I have no idea what happened the hands that we were involved in as it's not in the hh....

anyway won't let me chat or sit back in on 3 tables and the other 3 are playing perfectly now.. everyone is sitting out at these tables and i don't really want to leave as they all have a fish on them and i was waiting ages for a seat...

F*** it it's putting me on tilt and I'll go to bed.... Nite

Not always, whens its the FT or approaching it, but it has happened to me where I got my buy-in back

The full prizepool is always paid out using the 50/50 rule. In cases where you had only a few chips left and there were alot of players left in the MTT, you may only be eligible for marginally better than your orig buy-in. If this was recently on PPP, PM the details and I can check it out for you.
