Hi all, any help would be great....

Due to a technical fault with my PC I've lost the confirmation page that Ryanair send you after you've booked a flight. I know I should have printed it out but at the time I had no ink. Anyway, I'm just wondering how I would go about getting this number before Saturday (when my flight leaves) as I would like to do the web check in etc? Do ryanair send me out another email a couple of days before the flight leaves, with this number on it? I can't see a "contact us" button on their site.

    Thanks

You can just ask them for it at the ticket desk at the airport. Just make sure you have it before you try to check in.

I never get asked for the ref number when I go up to the desk.
I just hand them my passport, they hand me a boarding card and away I go:)

Yet every time (3) I have not had my ref: number I've had to go and get it, losing my place in the queue. All depends on who you get I suppose.

    ^^You must look dodgy!!:D

Never knew they needed ref number, just thought they have your name in the system..match it up to the passport they're given and that it.

But ya, must depend on who you get..same with over weight luggage and you being charged or not..but hey that's a different story/thread:)

I've been flying with them almost 12 times a year for 10 years now and they have not asked me for my number about 2 times so far. Aer Lingus normally couldn't care less unless there happens to be 2 people with your name on the same flight.
I guess legally you could fight it out and say that you don't need it to get on board, but in this day and age it's easier to just have the piece of paper with you.

I always have the piece of paper on me anyway just in case..but so far have never been asked to route it out.
Flying with them in January again so il see if they ask me or not!!:D

Same thing happened to me a couple of months ago.
Just rang Ryanair and gave them the flight details, names of people flying and CC number and they told me the confirmation code there and then!
They will not send out another e-mail with the code.

Check your credit card statement - the reference will have the confirmation number in it. Online banking should have it, or just call the credit card issuer. It should show up 2-3 days after making the reservation.

They will if you ask them. Just tell them you never received it and they will gladly resend it to you.

You will get an e-mail from RyanAir about 10 days before departure confirming
details of travel and confirmation number will be on that.
Everone gets this e-mail of confirmation now just as a reminder of travel arrangements.
Never been asked either for confirmation number always seem to work off passport.
