    Lovely stuff big man! I don't think theres too many heavyweights on this island that could handle Karl.

    A lot of people who don't know Karl roll with him and come off the mat saying "ah yeah but he was much bigger than me" after being bossed. But when you see him with an equally big guy and he's bossing them too, you see that there's a lot of skill there that maybe some people don't appreciate.

    Yup, couldn't agree more. There's alot of natural talent with Karl too.

    I remember his first days rolling with us when SBGn was up in Willy's gym in Finglas and Karl was schooling experienced lads from day one.
