Ran out of Cigarettes....

....just now, I'm not tired at all but have absolutely no cigarettes and am already craving for one. So what am I to do? If you're a smoker, or an ex-smoker what would you do?

Do I...

1. Stay up a little longer and bite my nails/chew my fingers/pull my hair out until I can't handle it anymore. Then go to bed and buy some on the way to work tomorrow.
   
2. Jump into the car and drive about 15 mins to the nearest 24hr shop
   
3. Stick on a Nicorette patch and give the blasted things up for good
   
4. Go down to other peoples bedrooms and steal a few
   
5. Stop thinkin about it and sh*t up
   
6. Gather butts with some tobacco left in them, take any remaining tobacco out and use skins to roll a cigarette :eek:

Any ideas? Sugestions welcomed

Surely you have teabags? Just cut one of them open, empty contents onto a sheet of paper, roll and light up. I'm sure it's perfectly safe (although I am a non-smoker and have never tried it.)

If you're that desperate, steal someone elses. Or if you're one of those annoying people with a *sigh* "conscience" just go to the shop. 15 minutes isn't that far a drive.

It's time to experiment. Lay out everything that you've got that will burn. You never know, you might find a much cheaper alternative to cigs. Make sure that you don't burn everything at the same time, although if you do, and your house burns to the ground, a sympathetic neighbour might give you a fag to settle your nerves whilst the Fire Brigade puts the fire out.

I used to live with a guy who was fond of Hash. He would sit, cross legged on his bed, making his joints, and the 'crumbs' would fall on his eiderdown. Getting into bed he would shake all the 'crumbs, along with lint, pubes and whatever else was dropped on his eiderdown through out the day, into the corner next to his bed. When times were hard and he could either not afford or not be able to source some 'gear', he would sweep up that side of the bed, quickly go through it for alien content, and then put it in a spliff and smoke it. It sounds, revolting, be he still managed to get stoned.

Maybe the op could try something similar? My GF asks me why do I not throw out empty boxes. Truth is I forget about them, and leave them where ever, but I joke that I am keeping them in case I run out, and that I will scrape out all the bits of tobacco and make a rollie out of them.

A friend of mine attempted to roll up a lump of rabbit **** in a similar way.Nasty business.

For the record tobbacco grows very easily in this country..the plant is called Nicotiana..my back garden is full of 'em.
