    Hi All,

I've noticed a small lump on both testicles. More or less the same place, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't there a few weeks ago. It almost feels like a vein. Also my semen is always clear and I've read thats a symptom of testicular cancer. I'm 16 by the way. I'm thinking I should visit a GP so what's the treatments like? And how long would I be waiting for treatment? Any advice?

    Thanks very much

    get to your GP, mate.

Most of these things aren't cancer. There's loads of things can cause lumps on nuts. BUT, nobody here can tell you what it is for certain. Go to your GP. He might tell you there and then that it's nothing. Alternatively he might send you up to the hospital for an ultrasound scan. This is a painless scan. I've had it done meself for lumps on me ghoulies, and it turned out to be nothing. 10 mins in the scan room and that's you done. Lots of harmless stuff causes clear semen too.

Getting it sorted is the best thing you can do. You can sit round posting on message boards wondering what it is and worrying yourself sick. Or you can go to your doc, and hopefully have your mind put at ease. Much better feeling than reading the internet and convincing yourself you have a horrible illness.

God luck and let us know how it goes.

Go to a doctor and get it checked out at once.
