    Hey Guys,

A friend of mine is looking to get a laptop. She wants something small, think less than a 15.4" screen. It has to have a dual core processor, 2GB of Ram, as much hard drive space as possible and a processor in and around the 2Ghz mark. It isn't to be pink and she's willing to pay up to €1300.

Do you guys have any reccomendations?

The dell xps m1330 is a great 13.3" laptop. This covers all your needs and is €1170 including delivery and vat. If you need a bigger hard drive you can buy it on somewhere like komplett for cheaper than dell will upgrade it and install it yourself.

She could also go for the vostro 1400 (14"). This has a similar spec to the xps but is a bit bigger and has a bigger hard drive. It's €729 excluding delivery and vat.

I sold this laptop numerous times for €2199 at the start of the year, unreal laptop, has so many features, great battery, very stylish. Even the dvd drive is separate but via bluetooth.Initially I thought this was akward but you actually dont use it as much as u would think. This laptop is fantastic. Oh and 2x turion is far superior to the intel chips. faster, better battery life, cheaper

This laptop looks great and has a really unique feature, the only prob is that it only has 1Gb ram but i have personally had an ASUS laptop for the past 2.5 years and its the most reliable laptop i have ever experienced. You can always upgrade to 2Gb for prob around €70.also 2 year warranty.

The most obvious choice might be a White MacBook, small and powerful. If she's not a Mac user she still should check it out and invest.
