    Hi,
    My blocklayer pointed out to me that the Kooltherm Cavity 60mm insulation has no tongue and grooves and he may have difficulty in holding it in place even though the wall ties plastic clips should hold them good enough i think!
    Has anyone used this insulation and have they had any problems or complaints from blocklayer.

    Hi Muffler,
    Its Kooltherm K8 Cavity Insulation, that pdf is for K15, interested to see if any others have used this insulation.

    But the requirements for fixing to blockwork are the same.

    It should not be a problem for any blocklayer. T&G insulation boards are reletively new, a blocklayer may prefere T&G, but he should be working with regular boards often enough for it not to be a problem
