Hey, well i've almost 100% decided that I'm not going to stay in the course Im in now, I probably want to switch to NUIM or UCD!

Do you know who I can speak to in Galway about this?

    Cheers!

Education Officer in the Student Union

They're both really nice universities. Maynooth is a lovely town, rent may be cheaper there than UCD. good luck!

Make sure you officially drop out in admissions office or they'll eat your soul with fees next year

You'll have to pay half-fees anyway! I had to pay something like €3500. I'm sure you probably know this already.. but if you're putting yourself into debt think long and hard as to the real reasons why you want to leave your course, so you don't end up in the same boat next year. I'm sure the Career Guidance people would be of some help to you!

Same here, better €3000 in debt than €6000 though.
