    So what does everyone think of this? Is it really more fair or would you prefer an alternative? Will it improve services and equlity in the long run? Shouldnt nursing home provision come out of prsi etc? It doesnt really seem fair to me that the aged have to pay for these services when younger people are provided with simular ones free. For example long term psychiatric facilitys? Then again this method may be the most workable.
