All lights on my Sky box

Hi, The box stopped working today. All four lights are "on" the front of the box. Is the box knackered? Its a Grundig digibox

Probaly.
Looks like it is stuck on a software download. Try removing the power and restarting. If no joy , hold in the back ip button on the front of the box while turning the power back on. All 4 lights again then the box shold switch to standby after about 10 mins.
WARNING THIS MAY KILL YOUR BOX
if the software does not load properly the eprom memory can be ilretreiveably corrupted.
As your box is u/s anyway you may as well try though!
