How to unlock a rabodirect Digipass?

Anybody know how to unlock a Rabo Direct Digipass.I think my 1 year old son got his hands on it and entered the incorrect code a couple of times.Now the screen has lock on the top left and 7 digits on the screen.Or do I have to contact Rabo? Thanks
