Cancelling Cd wow orders?

Does anyone know how to cancel orders on cdwow.ie?

i pre-ordered crysis and supermario galaxy, as soon as i did i was charged immediately, however thats not what bothered me, it is now 7.30pm on the release day of both games and their status is still Pending Despatch.

My local extra vision has both in store for a few €'s more

You need to contact them as there's no automated cancel system available. Click one of the contact us links, enter your order number and ask them to cancel it.

It could take a day or two to get a reply, that's the usual. Last time I dealt with them it took a week to get a response, but supposedly they've improved now.

improved ??? lol im having the same trouble preordered Hellgate london oct 21st and been told 9, 12, 16 and still not sent i cant get them to refund as i paid with 3V and the card ran out at the begining of the month

So nothing has changed then? No surprise there really. I read some comments that said things had improved, obviously not that much then. I've been steering clear of them for the last few months, after all the problems I've had over the last year with them. Won't be going back.

Oh i'd doubt that i just got an email today saying both my orders have been cancelled and a full refund on my card. that was pretty quick, whatever the delay with my orders were, i'd say thats pretty damn good customer service

I used a debit card though so not sure how long thats gonna take to refund, usually buying is instant but i'd say it doesnt work like that the other way around

Oh and cd wow charge €46.99 for super mario galaxy, i got it in my local extra vision a few hours ago for €44.99, although i had to walk up in the rain

Yeah, as i thought... i got an email this morning saying 19th :E, i know i only paid 26 something for it and they have it at 46.99 now but they haven't said anything about that. Anyone actually ordered and received hellgate from them?

As them for a gift voucher as you credit card has expired !
