Ryan Air flight Credit.

Booked two return flights with RyanAir. A few weeks ago got e-mail to say return time had been changed by more than 3 hours and therfore I could have refund or a flight credit.
Filled in form for flight credit but heard nothing since, about 3 weeks ago.
What is a flight credit. ??? The flight only cost 00.01c but just wonder if a flight credit means you get to book the same route again free of charge. ???
    Thanks

A flight credit would normally means that what you paid would be stored so that you can use it towards another flight - almost like a how a voucher or coupon would work

Thanks for that, Its not worth complaining I did not get the travel credit since
the flight only cost 1c in the first place.
    Thank You

Was it 1c including "taxes and charges"?

How far in advance of the flight were you informed of the cancellation/change?

If it was less than 2 weeks then you may qualify for compensation under EU regulations
