Long Sleeve? if so thats brilliant

I was always nervous to get one as people opinions on them are that they are for professionals only and you otherwise look like a tool, but i always wear something light over it so that doesnt get seen and they are so warm and light its great, especially with the weather taking a temperature dip the last couple of weeks, they dry nice and quick too.

Looks good, could do with one of these for outdoor soccer.
Are these vests supposed to be tight ?
Dont want to get a size too small for me .

Are these any use at keeping you warm? From reading the Nike website it sounds like they're designed to cool you down.

Long sleeve 19, the short sleved ones are 13.50. Yes they are tight but as a prop wear xxl , winger med and fill in in between. Keep you warm, they do really they are like an extra t shirt under your normal jersey and they get rid of sweat quicker. I find them good for rugby.

Big-time Thanks for this heads-up Guy... Short-sleeved ones were only 13.50 today and long-sleeved 19.50! Still a good few left...

Compared to the Canterbury and UnderArmour that's some saving...

Got two long-sleeved and a short sleeved....

    Thanks again...

Just a heads up-these are the pro vent ones-which keep you cooled down as apposed to the newly released thermal mock ones which keep you warm. Still a great price though-they'r out of season hence the price drop.

The difference between the two is the dri fit technology which is a reactive material which opens and closes according to sweat levels. very clever stuff and works really well. I work for nike and to be honest, for football etc these are really good especially on these unforgiving nights. Very nice at keeping the wind out!!

    Nike rant over!

So the ones in Elvery's are to cool you down? wher as the ones in Newitts are to keep you warm.....surely both would do the same?

To be honest, I have both and they don't feel any different. I wore the one that's supposed to cool you down on Saturday night in p*sing rain and wind and it kept me nice and snugly warm...

If it's cooling down you want - how bout don't wear anything under your jersey!

Haha never a truer word said! i have thought the same myself on many occasions!

SO is it all Elvery's that have these then?

Not sure, the had a few left in Suffolk St anyway, but that was Saturday lunchtime...

I'm delighted with mine anyway, very comfy and keep you warm yet you don't "feel" them, it's like ur wearing nothing which is, I s'pose, the desired effect...

I did that a month ago on a warm sunday and had to take the thing off 15mins into my match.

I normally wear an extra large football jersey because I am tall but I dont have a big chest.
Should I get an XL or L size ?
These tops are supposed to be tight but I dont want the sleeves to be too short.

I'd get XL - I usually wear L in tops but got XL in this and after wearing it there's no way the L would've fit.
