    Hi Lads,

Having some issues with a laptop that was dropped in my lap, i think I know whats worng with it.

When it you shut the laptop down it hangs on a blank blue screen, it will sit there indefinitely untill it is powered off manually by holding the power button down.

The setup is a sony Vaio, dual boot with Win XP media centre and XP Pro.

I think it may be a driver or something similar that is causing the system to hang and not shutdown correctly.

Any ideas on how i can find out if it is a driver, or something else causing the issue?

    Cheers

    SRDB20
