The Italian/Swiss alps (around Livigno / San Moritz) have had 40 cm of fresh snow in the last week.

Are there any sites that give predictions of snow fall over the coming month for these areas?

Unfortunately slumped, in western europe its not possible to forecast more than a few days ahead never mind a month.
Your best bet is to keep checking the local skiing resort websites which probably will have forecasts for the week ahead, but a month is just to far away.

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

No site could give you an accurate forecast beyond 5 days as the NWP's are simply unreliable beyond that time frame.

Theres a lot of cold in Eastern and central Europe at the moment and you can be sure that will affect Livigno.Last time I was there it was -20c! whereas Bergamo airport was at +6c. so you will have the benefit of livigno being higher and colder than a lot of the alpine villages!
I'd imagine it's not very likely that there will be a thaw in livigno between now and Xmas and I'd also imagine that all precipitation there will be snow.

Livigno though is notoriously on the "dry" side of the alps.
The best you can do is keep looking at the charts for the area.

If it's a case that you want to know a month in advance because you want to book where there will be snow-thats not possible.

The owners of Metcheck spend most of the winter in the Alps, I dont know if that makes their snow forecasts any more accurate though....
