i taped a song years ago from the radio..
it's a long shot but u never know..
ok, it's a shoegaze type effort, really loud layered elec guitars w. slow bits and loud bits, a long track, lots of feedback..
the only lyrics i recall, refrained at the end, go like "carry someone else's machine, i want to carry someone's machine" or something like that..
the vocals were male, relatively quiet..
it's probably a really obscure band 'cause the show i taped it from was very specialist stuff..
    ring any bells?..

Long shot as well cos the lyrics don't match but try -

    Catherine Wheel - Black Metallic
    Slowdive - Machine Gun

i don't think it's them 'cause i know their stuff, it does sound like them tho'.. vocals are pretty similar and everything.. could be a b-side by them!..
