    i just got disconnected from the site and all my games shut down. i was in late stages in 2 stts and registered for 2 mtts. the weirdest thing is that i can log into a different i poker client and view these games. highely fustrating. anyone got the same problems or know what is the cause.

    Yeah i was just getting set to play and it went down on me too, i also managed to log onto different ipoker client :confused:

    Threads merged. With any luck we might even get them to reboot the servers fast enough to get you back in, if there is no underlying problem. I'll post here when I know more.

    The whole network was affected for half an hour or so. After a major interruption like this it can sometimes take a while before your login gets through as the login servers are overloaded.

    All seems to be fine now.

    Anyone who had STT's/MTT's interupted will get a refund in due course.

    Not true PPP suffered "0" downtime
    It must be related to BSQ SS.

    Why.. it is suggested in the thread that the entire Ipoker network was down. This was incorrect. PPP was up at the time... bit lost im afraid not a boast just a fact.

    Sorry, i'm in Waterford at the moment and I'll ask Mike when he wakes up from the night of drunken KP-hunting... :)

    I'm not going to pretend that outages don't occur. Technology has a habit of cocking up. What I am proud of (and what is more important to me as a customer) is the speed and satisfaction of our support response. I think we have shown that we have answers/resolutions while most other sites are still "valuing your call". :)
