Won an auction recently but was unaware that my Paypal account was blocked (hadn't used it in a while). So I've decided to use a friend's account to pay the seller - Is this okay? And will I still have a comeback if anything goes wrong? Thanks.

It should work. Go through the payment process and then enter your friends details when it diverts you to Paypal. Item will arrive to his address. Any problems then your friend can follow up with Paypal's resolution center.
