Share price difference between ISE and NYSE

Can anyone tell me why share prices and share volumes are different between the ISE and NYSE. Take AIB for instance today on the ISE there share volume is 880,602,066 @ 14.375 per share. While on the NYSE the share volume is 587,134.00 @ 43.37 per share. Why the big difference ??

The main listing for AIB is on the ISE. Shares are quoted in €.

The shares on NYSE are called ADR's which are equivalent to a number of the shares quoted on the ISE. These are in $.

Lots of foreign companies do this to allow their shares to be traded on multiple exchanges.
