Not too sure where to post this as it's not necessarily hip hop but I thought it's best suited here. Has anyone had the chance to listen to Untrue by Burial yet? I think it's pretty amazing and the most refreshing thing I have heard in a long time. Seems that he keeps a low enough profile so not too sure if any gigs will be in the pipeline. It is definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

Considering how dead this particular forum has been all year, I'm not sure a Dubstep forum has a chance.

Pitchfork gave the album 8.4 out of 10.

Sounds good, will have to check it out.

Orizio.. Well worth checking out man. To be honest this is the first time I have really found an album from this genre listenable. Even his debut gets on my nerves but there are some really good 'tunes' on this album and the quality stays all the way to the final track, which I think is the best track.

dubstep scene is on fire at the moment, it's getting interesting agan for hte first time in ages.

wouldn't really call burial "dubstep" to be honest; like the likes of boxcutter he's basically an electronica offshoot of dubstep, you find too many of his tunes getting played at teh likes of FWD or DMZ (the two biggest club nights in dubstep)

tunes are a bitch to mix, he does them all in soundforge with no sequencer just samples spliced together and overlaid till they sound right

haven't heard the new lp yet but the first one is one of my favourite albums of the decade so far.
