how do you update ps3?

Probably a thick question but, all these updates that are for ps3, you obviously have to be connected to the net for these?where or what site do you get any updates from?

I your PS3 is connected to the inter net it will alert you automatically when a new update is available to download. If it's not connected you can get the latest update here.
