takin on the donadea trip, just wonder what could be done to improve the image.
I don't have photoshop, just got olympus master, and i did a little with the raw file.

I think it could do with a quick crop to remove the bottom of the arch as this distracts from the shadow of the bird

Xios: get adobe lightroom. great for raw editing - only 30-40 mb. 30 day trial too

edit: looked a bit.. uhm.. grey to me.. I had a go, if you dont mind..

you're right, it's way too gray, but i think you upped the contrast too far in that pic

There's no need to increase the blacks, but it needs some white. I'm familiar with the Oly software, but there should be something to up your whites/lights.

well, uhm.. I'm a high contrast kinda guy

send me the .raw and i'll have a mess about.. or get lightroom and stop whinging!

Yeah, I'd tend to be in that club too.
I like what you've done with it.
The dark edges frame it much better.
