natural - emolients or natural -coconut oil w/ the tears of seven virgins?

tbh, if its just an acute flare up go see your gp. they'll prescribe summat that'll sort it out in a few days. psoriasis of skin folds is a bit of a bitch coz the folds keep rubbing off each other.
