Self-employed - health insurance abroad

    I'm self-employed and am heading off to spend about a month in a non-EU country. Have just realised that my annual travel insurance will not cover me if I am working. Anyone know where I could get health insurance for this period? Did a quick search and found a crowd called Medibroker so have mailed them for a quote. Anyone heard of them or know where else I could get cover?
