zelda fan?bought a great magazine today

:Dhey mates,today went to eason and picked up a game magazine(havent bought one since ages ago),maybe not a news but its a good stuff for us zelda fans to collect:D

Nintendo The official magazine Special Edition:Legend of Zelda complete guide.Another way of cheating off our fans' money on the game:p

a whole issue of nintendo magazine completely based on legend of zelda,nearly everything you need to know about the whole series is in ta magazine(of course not from a professional fan based view,that would write up a thick book),its 20 years history,interview with the creator etc.

It gives you a big poster of big link's face with his funny teeth(on the cover of the magazine as well) and a phantom hour glasses keyring.cost me about 8-9euro,which is a rip off price from eason,as its RRP is 5GBP,should be around 7euro...bah,whatever,an entertaining magazine about zelda for me:D

p/s:*sigh*i should get some advertising fee from Nintendo for this...

I quite liked the gametrailers.com retrospective of the Zelda series. Well worth a watch for any Zelda fan:)

agreed tman. I saw this mag in the shop today but I just despise the official nintendo magazine.

They are a bit too nice about the games though in the retrospectives. The Final Fantasy one was a joke, it should have been far harsher on some of the terrible entries in the series. However Zelda doesn't really have any bad games in the series (CDI games never happened I tell you!)

well,mates,i like the feeling of holding something in hand to read,and i can put it on the bookshelf along others game guide/magazine...looks great!:D

I've got Zelda II: Adventure of Link. It's not so bad, more frustrating than anything else.

There was actually an article in hardcore gaming 101 that said that the CDI games were actually brilliant apart from the awful cutscenes. Not sure if I believe them but I'd usually trust HCG 101 any other website.
