its a Fal ,that didnt shoot auto , its not exactly new but its better looking than the FUGLY laylax AK posted last night

Was going to buy this instead of the King Arms but the lack of full auto really put me off. It's once case where fun won out over historical accuracy
Any idea how much they're going to cost? Can't seem to find a price anywhere.

Well I want a 2nd FAL
The CA SA58 was on my list of things to buy.
but....
The Star SLR looks nice too.

I want to get one or modify one so its exactly like one of the ones
I used. Wood Furniture or synthetic. The wood ones were FAL's and had
Grenade sites built into the gas plug. The later synthetic ones did not have
this feature and the gas plug was a bitch to remove.

On the Star SLR
The Flash Hider/Handguad/Front&back sites/Carrying Handle/Cocking handle,
Gas plug and fire selector switch are all different to what I used.

I have the manual for one up in my attic someplace and have an ebook
of it someplace I must go do some digging sometime.

yeah man of course they are. Its Star's version of the L1a1 SLR. issued to the British Army. as you say the furniture was all different as well as the gas regulator. Also it was only issued with a sigle shot option(british Army are trained to make every round count!) O1s1n if you were looking for a Falklands loadout you CANNOT get any closer than this!! oooohhh she's so preety!!! still have no idea of a price, its supposed to be released mid November, so waiting with baited breath:)
