A sprinting club

    Myself and a few buddies are setting up a new sprinting club next week, the more the merrier we say. Its suitable for those who don't have the time or patience for a 30min plus jog. What happens in sprinting clubs is a bunch get together at a nominated place and time,usually once a week, and literally sprint our hearts out for 15 to 30 minutes depending on slope and weather conditions, great crack, competitive, and a great way to lose a few pounds. Last year we ran in 12 different counties, give us a shout if interested

    tbh if ya wanna get technical runnin like that wont shed pounds that works on anaerobic fitness best way to lose weight is four min plus easy runnin

    You guys must be serious athletes if you can sprint for 15-30 mins. The average punter can manage maybe 40 secs, actually the elite *******n can probably manage a bit over 40 secs. I don't think its a sprinting club so you may need to change your name to middle-distance club, or balls to the wall club or even farting around in a pretendy club or maybe even join an real athletic club. You will find many people in these 'athletic' clubs do this stuff already.
