    Dont know if this was asked before but if i get games for wii abroad will they work in this country

    Games bought outside of Europe will not work natively on a European console.

    I'm pretty sure that games bought in any PAL country (e.g, Australia) should be compatible.

    I was just going to ask the same question. I take it that Wii games bought in the U.S. will not work on the Wii console here - is that correct?

    Yep, that's correct. It'll say on the box which system it's for, and it's similar to the region of DVDs you buy abroad.
