Hey I have Vista installed on my MBP on a 20Gb partitioned drive, I was just wondering how do I get rid of it and put it all back on my Mac HD. Thanks in advance.

Use Bootcamp Assistant. It's the same app you used to install the vista partition.

I believe it can, yes. Although there's a certain amount of risk involved in either method. Make sure you're backed up first.
