PC on LAN fine. PC on Dial up not

This is a problem i have seen before but i had to reimage the machine the last time. What happens is that the laptop connects to a lan fine but when the user has dialup at home he gets a response page cannot be displayed when he tries to connect to net using IE. networks says he is connected and you can hear the dailing…

In IE, Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Always Dial my Default Connection

Make sure it's default by clicking the "Set Default" button after selecting your Dial-Up connection.
