Party Wall / Boundry Wall

Hi, hope someone can help. My sister lives in an end of terrace house and her house juts out further at the front than the other houses. Her neighbour’s house starts about two feet back at the side but has a bigger front garden. The issue is the wall, which separates the entrances. This wall is completely attached to my sister’s house but the neighbour is using this wall as their own. The wall is only just over two foot high and is only about three foot in length.

You appear to have a dispute and as this would be a legal issue we cant give advice on it here - sorry.

    See a solicitor.

    Sounds fair enough to me.
