I've just bought myself a 40gb PS3. All i need now are some games! What are the best options for me for buying games? In shops, online??

    cheers

always cheaper to buy online but sometimes it's worthwhile to get down to gamestop or whatever and pick up something traded

I buy nearly everything from shopto.net these days. Not sure if they deliver to Ireland, I'm living in the UK right now and couldn't find any mention on their website one way or another.

Play.com are also good but can be slow to deliver I find.

videogamesplus.ca are probably the cheapest place to get PS3 games since it's region free, but be aware that American games you buy there can be a nightmare to get rid of when you're finished with them and you want to trade them in.

There's plenty of game demos between the EU and US PSN. Check them out and they'll keep you busy for a while. It'll also give you a feel of what the game will be like instead of forking out €70 in a shop to find out you don't like it.
