Ranking too fast in COD4?

Is it just me or ranking in COD4 is just too fast?? I've only 9hours and already on level26 :eek: - I wish they would have spread it a little bit more... oh well we'll all be 4 stars by the end of this week !

Well anything is better than BF2 system imo.
I dont mind,the more weapons choice the better and tbh the difference from weapon to weapon is mostly cosmetic from what i see.

I got the normal snipwr rifle scope upgrade but for some reason holding breath cant be used with this scope which is just ridiculous as the weapon still sways about.

I agree that BF2 is way too long to rank up but having everything unlock after a few days?? They shouldn't have done Ranks at all then....

yes it should be slowed down. I though bf2 was ok it ranked slow but some ranks had huge gaps though.

I was thinking this too (although the single player is also incredibly short) This is my first time playing any game like this online (only just got broadband) I've only been playing 5h and I'm up to Lv. 23

First few are quick, last ones take a while, depends on how you're getting your points.
