Im currently travelling atm first part of my trip is France, there are a few local casinos in the area all of which the following seems to be standard practice.

It seems somewhat expensive to me considering the following.

4% rake on all pots no cap no mimimum providing it goes to the flop.

Taking down a 2k pot will cost you €80

I'm not sure how this compares to the aviation club in Paris.

    Linksies

What stakes? If the players are brutal then it doesn't sound too bad.

From what i've heard initially 2/4 games are running however the website now has 1-2 and 2-5 games advertised.

In general there would be a few players who would know what they are doing and the rest would be on par with 1c-2c online players.

So in a cash game if there is no flop, the house takes no rake?? Is this correct?

Yes, this is the same everywhere

Not quite bit its fairly standard, I was playing somewhere where a player went nuts that they took rake with no flop, cant remember where, Barcelona possibly.
