I don't know anyone who goes to these meetings but Im sure it will a good help for you if you go. If your feeling depressed going to see a doctor or going to a meeting like this is a great first step to recovery. You feel a bit better once you have got a few things off your chest. Good luck and take care of yourself.

Never went myself, but thought about it. Rang the Samaritians instead, which was a life line. so there are palces you can go, and if you feel you should, please do. It does really help to let it out and talk about it.

    Good luck
