Creating a quiz scoreboard on my PC

    Hello all,

I've been charged with the task of making a computer scoreboard for a quiz for a Christmas a la the Weakest Link. The idea is something akin to this: that I will create my own graphics and background then have a simple interface that will add points based on someone hitting Y or N for correct of incorrect answers, totals will be automatically kept and displayed by the interface. Is there any simple way out of this (i.e. some intuitive software I can use) or will I just have to bite the bullet and start coding?

    Thanks,

    RG
