Help!! I'm addicted to Macari's chicken kebabs (Dundrum). I need to perfect the recipie at home to save me going out in the pissings of rain of a Saturday night after 8 pints!!

Chicken fillet -fairly straight-forward, lettuce, onion, pitta bread BUT..

They seem to use 2 sauces, garlic and chilli sauce but where do they get these sauces from and how can I get my grubby little hands on them?? Is there a wholesaler they buy from? Whats the brand? Any information greatly appreciated.
