Hi, my pc currently has 2GB of 667mhz ram running vista. Its pretty crap generic ram, Dells finest  My motherboard cant take any higher than 667, so would I notice any improvement if I replaced the ram with ram of higher quality?

would depend on what you're doing. It would make a marked difference in things like overclocking but for the average day to day tasks and even gaming then not really.
