What Broadband to get?

Just moved to Baldoyle and we're clueless about what Broadband to get. As cheap and cheerful as possible, it won't be used for anything more than surfing the net really. We have a phone line. Any recommendations? Also when I type in our address or phone number to Eircom, Irish Broadband, Smart etc it says that it is not available in the area. It's a brand new apartment so maybe the address just hasn't registered yet? We've no idea what to do, all we know is that we want Broadband, a pretty basic one would do. Thanks.
