    Are you going through a wired/wireless router by any chance? If so you may need to set up port forwarding on that particular connection.

    Mght also be worth checking for firmware updates for the router, could be that the route is packing in and can't handle the load

    Never had a problem with torrents with Smart though i prefer Azureus but still use both.

    Yeah, I think older versions of the Aolynk firmware didn't take kindly to multiple connections.
