hi guys my first post here, and i am not very tech minded, i need to buy a good anti virus-firewall as i am tiered of paying to get my p.c. wiped etc, as i have many types of free ware, each of whom seems to pick up something daily, i depend on the internet to pass each nite, well from six to twelve, thanks people

I have never paid for an anti virus and I hope I will never have to. Use AVG or Avast. They are far better than some of the anti-virus software you pay for.

Never ever pay unnecessarily for software. There are plenty of free options available.

I use AVG and Comodo firewall. Both free, system perfectly clean.

ill go with that as well, AVG all the way, never any problems

If you share files with others, for instance using someone elses hard drive to copy files to your computer this can be very bad for the computer. Happened to me and got the very bad blue screen of death as i like to call it.

avast, avg, antivir are all the best free programs
