First off, sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I wasn't sure where to put this thread.:o

I am just wondering how would I save a video clip from the RTE website to my PC?

Websites like keepvid do not recognise the url. Is it even possible to save those RTE clips?

    Thank you!

    Use VLC as the player.

It can redirect to a file or network using the Web as source while paying.
    Linux AND Windows.

    Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately it won't open for me.
I selected File->Open Network stream->HTTP and entered the URL but nothing happens.

Then I tried File->Wizard->Transcode/Save to file but that does not work either.

    Am I doing something wrong???
