2002 - Avensis - Does it play MP3?

Does anybody know off hand will an original cd Player in a 2002 Avensis play MP3s? I'm not in the position to actual check it until monday.

Do you mean MP3 CD's?

I don't think it can.

It definately isn't iPod etc compatable.

02 models can't read MP3 discs. you´ll have to get a 2006 facelift (indicators on wing mirrors) model to get that.
